Parent-Teacher Conferences Conferences were held with parents and each child’s progress was discussed at length. An e-portfolio was developed for each child and shared with parents during the conference. All parents were provided a copy of the portfolio as well as additional material on a computer disc.
Fun Sports
The TNS Fun Sport event was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Students from all classes participated in races and competitions such as the relay race, the obstacle race, the balancing race, the fishing competition and so on.

Summer Projects 2008
This summer, why not give your kids three weeks of genuine exposure to real-life projects like creating a Documentary or Making a Jungle Gym? Summer projects 2008 is supported by a unique faculty blend comprising TNS teachers and Industry specialists.
Project 1: Making a Jungle Gym
Age group: 8-10
Objectives: To design and build a jungle gym at the TNS site in collaboration with an architect.
Learning outcomes: project management, problem-solving, design skills, understanding of building materials, budgeting, measurement and more.
Faculty: TNS teacher with an architect.
Project 2: Creating a Short Documentary
Age group: 9-11
Objectives: To research, film and produce a documentary.
Learning outcomes: project management, problem-solving, critical thinking, interviewing skills, documentary production (story-boarding, script-writing, digital filmmaking, digital video and sound editing).
Faculty: TNS teacher with filmmaker.
Project 3: Designing a New Cafeteria
Age group: 6-8
Objectives: Developing design plans, timelines, estimated costs, materials' specifications and menu for a real cafeteria planned at TNS.
Learning outcomes: project management, problem-solving, designing, budgeting, measurement, copywriting (for menu), food pricing and more.
Faculty: TNS teacher with Interior designer.
